Minutes of Meeting of the AGM 2007
At Llanelltyd Village Hall at 2pm on the 10th November 2007
Attending were 8 members present
Apologies.
Richard and Geraldine Woollatt treasurers are unavoidably detained due to family illness but has tendered his resignation as treasurer as of this year.
No accounts forthcoming due to absence but must be up to date as we have had the AAW report back as satisfactory.

Summery of meetings in 2007-11-21
Discussions as to whether we should have less meetings during the year so as to avoid the clashes with county shows and other interests but has been decided that same amount should be organised.
Increase in subs inevitable but as has been pointed out there hasn’t been an increase in at least 3 years.
Price of booking the hall has risen.
Subs for Public Liability and Hive insurance will increase but as we have no treasurers notes present we will have to review in 2008.
Options and proposal for a new treasurer?

Suggestions for subject were so far ‘Open lecture on history of beekeeping in Wales. ..hive maintenance, practical demonstration of building frames by the experts!
Suggested application of renewing the grant with a view to initiating a college course for beginners.
Also for funding the web site?
