Saturday 13 March 2010

Clive Hudson, a member of the Association, led a very interesting and informative discussion on 'Swarm Prevention'. Many of the more experienced members added their opinions on the different approaches that can be taken to this complex subject. The number of questions from the newer members showed that swarm management, whether to prevent swarms or increase hive numbers, is highly topical as the warmer months get nearer and is also an area where everyone can learn more.
